Deliver high-quality mechanical designs for AMHS products, optimize processes, and ensure design outputs meet specifications. Collaborate with production, vendors, and HQ to enable smooth project execution and product transfers.

Responsibilities and Duties

• AMHS Product 2D, 3D design (dimensions and tolerances), BOM production.
• Formulate the Mechanical Design plan, and implement it according to the project plan.
• Writing of mechanical-related documents (including product testing).
• Modular design and optimization of products.
• Guide the production and process to carry out the installation of production, and make the process file for manufacturing.
• Formulate on-site installation SOP based on production and delivery conditions, and guide on-site implementation.
• Communication with Process, purchase, manufacturing and vendors and closely with the team to complete the project work.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, engineering materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Expertise in CAD software SolidWorks for 3D modelling and technical drawings.
• Ability to analyse design challenges, troubleshoot issues, and propose effective solutions.
• Experience in managing design projects, ensuring timely completion while maintaining quality standards.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and design records.
