The Role: Aesthetic Device Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to be the face of our technical support. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a diverse range of medical‑grade aesthetic devices at customer sites. This role is crucial for maintaining device uptime and ensuring clinical operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnosis and Repair: Perform hands‑on troubleshooting and repair of electronic, mechanical, and software issues on medical aesthetic machines (e.g., skin lasers).
• Preventive Maintenance (PM): Execute scheduled preventive maintenance inspections and calibrations according to manufacturer specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Installation: Coordinate and manage the installation and de‑installation of new and relocated equipment at customer sites.
• Customer Support: Act as the primary technical point of contact, providing exceptional service, clear communication, and technical guidance to hospital staff and end‑users.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all service activities, repairs, and calibrations in the service management system.
• Compliance: Adhere strictly to all quality, regulatory, and safety procedures (e.g., GDPMD).

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.

Experience: 3 years+ of experience repairing and maintaining complex electromechanical or medical devices would have advantages.

Technical Skills: Proven ability to understand from the service manual and conduct the troubleshooting, fixing the problem.

Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated strong customer‑facing presence and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
