Company Overview:

Nurulagie Family Sdn Bhd is a company specializing in the sale of Baby Cakoi food products and catering services. Currently, we operate as HQ in Melaka, providing quality food products. In addition, we offer licensing packages and have established more than ten stall outlets in Melaka (8 outlet) , Kedah (4 outlet), Pulau Pinang, Perak (5 outlet) , KL , Putrajaya, Selangor (10 outlet), Pahang (2 outlet), Negeri Sembilan (3 outlet) Kuala Terengganu, Kelantan, Johor (11 outlet) and the new outlet in Sarawak.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented individual to handle sales and marketing support within our food & beverage business. This role requires a dynamic person who can balance customer engagement with operational efficiency and accurate documentation. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Marketing

• Manage daily sales operations for the company's products, implementing effective strategies to achieve targets. (focus targeting sale in licensing).

• Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies, including social media, digital campaigns, and promotions.

• Assist with product displays, trade events, tastings, and brand activations.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on inquiries and quotations.

• Provide market feedback, competitor analysis, and sales reports to management.

• Create and develop engaging, creative video content and storyboard for digital marketing campaign.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in food & beverage

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Strong multitasking and communication skills; attention to detail is key.

• Able to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced team environment.
