Job summary

A recruitment agency is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager in Shah Alam, Malaysia. The ideal candidate should have 5–7 years of digital marketing experience, including 3 years in management. They'll be responsible for executing digital strategies, managing consumer campaigns, and enhancing brand presence across social media. Proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential. Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute SEO, SEM, social media, website, newsletter, database, and all Collaborate with agencies to maintain and promote an effective social media presence that aligns with brand goals.
  • Prepare and monitor all consumer campaigns, assessing ROI and KPI to ensure optimal performance.
  • Communicate with the Principal and other stakeholders regarding brand materials, guidelines, and approval processes.
  • Support the Brand team in developing new and creative digital growth strategies.
  • Evaluate and enhance the consumer journey across multiple digital channels and touchpoints for a seamless experience.
  • Optimizes A&P funds based on marketing funnels.
  • Identifies, update competitors’ activities and new market trends.
  • Collaborates with agencies and other business partners.
  • Supports Brand team in e-commerce media strategy and monitor KPI vs objectives.
