Job description

As a Brand/Product Manager (Household) at Lam Soon Edible Oils Sdn Bhd, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic development and growth of the company's consumer brands. This full-time position is based in Glenmarie, Selangor and offers the opportunity to work for a leading player in the Malaysian food and personal care industries.

What you'll be doing
  • Developing and executing effective brand strategies to enhance brand equity and drive sales
  • Conducting market research to understand consumer trends and insights, and using these to inform brand positioning and campaign development
  • Managing the end-to-end brand lifecycle, including product development, packaging, pricing, and promotional activities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, R&D, production) to ensure seamless brand implementation
  • Monitoring brand performance and making data-driven decisions to optimise marketing activities
  • Representing the brand at trade shows, events, and other stakeholder engagements
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, encouraging team members to stay updated with industry trends and best practices
  • To perform other tasks as assigned
What we're looking for
