- Project Management
- Take ownership of content deliverables from ideation to publication, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Manage and maintain the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of all assets.
- Keep content aligned with campaign timelines, key messages, and marketing priorities.
- Stay ahead of trends and audience insights to keep our content fresh, relevant, and original.
- Performance Optimization
- Optimize content for SEO, applying best practices to improve visibility and drive traffic.
- Analyze content performance and audience behavior to refine tone, storytelling, and engagement strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing to fine‑tune messaging, headlines, and calls‑to‑action for stronger results.
- Translate content to better reach the intended audience when applicable.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English or related field.
- 2-5+ years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or editorial roles (preferably in an agency or brand setting).
- Strong portfolio showcasing versatility across formats: long‑form, short‑form, and campaign copy/content.
- Good command of English and Chinese or Bahasa, with a strong instinct for storytelling and brand tone.
- Experience in SEO, content strategy, and performance‑driven writing.
