A fashion retail company is seeking a Live Host to engage audiences through live streams across various platforms. The candidate must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience and strong communication skills in Malay. Responsibilities include hosting streams, demonstrating products, and analyzing sales performance. This role offers a competitive salary structure with basic pay and commissions, along with annual leave and medical leave benefits.
Host professional, energetic, and persuasive live streams across platforms such as TikTok, Shopee Live, Facebook Live, and Instagram Live.
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, highlight key features, and present product benefits clearly and convincingly.
Interact with viewers in real-time, answer questions, handle objections, and guide customers toward making a purchase.
Maintain high viewer engagement through confident presentation, strong communication, and spontaneous interaction skills.
Monitor live performance and continuously adjust hosting style to maximise sales conversion.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPI within the first 3 months of employment.
Analyse sales trends from live sessions and implement strategies to improve performance.
Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop promotional ideas, bundles, or campaigns to boost live sales.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.
Content Creation & Product Marketing
Plan, script, shoot, and edit short‑form and long‑form video content related to company products for use on TikTok, Shopee, Instagram, and other platforms.
Brainstorm creative concepts that align with current social media trends to increase engagement and reach.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all content follows brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Act as the face of the brand in videos, live streams, and promotional materials.
Customer Relationship & Product Knowledge
Build trust and long‑term relationships with customers by providing excellent service during and after live sessions.
Continuously update product knowledge to ensure accurate and effective product explanation.
Attend product training, internal meetings, and ongoing skill development sessions.
Operational & Administrative Duties
Ensure live streaming equipment (lighting, microphone, camera, backdrop) is properly set up before every session.
Assist the team in planning monthly live schedules and preparing products for live sessions.
Report technical issues, viewer feedback, and sales insights to the management team.
Uphold a professional appearance and positive brand image in all live sessions.
