What You’ll Do
  • Serve as primary contact for assigned retail partners, conducting regular check-ins and maintaining strong business relationships
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while promoting MCM products and campaigns aligned with retailer sales goals
  • Process retailer orders accurately, track sales performance against targets, and prepare management reports
  • Organize retailer training sessions and support promotional events, trade visits, and marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and provide retailer feedback
Requirements
Must Have
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • 2-4 years B2B customer service, account management, or sales coordination experience (retail/FMCG/healthcare preferred)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for retailer visits or events
Good to Have
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales tracking systems
  • Proven track record in building long-term client relationships
