Job description

We are seeking a Content Marketing Executive to drive trend-based, high-speed content production that increases brand visibility and engagement among gamers. You will take ownership of content execution, act as a visible on-camera personality when required, and help embed SEAGM into the gamer lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and execute viral, skit-based gaming content with fast turnaround (< 72 hours).
  • Translate social media and gaming trends into brand-relevant content.
  • Edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts under 2 minutes).
  • Ensure strong hooks, pacing, and algorithm-friendly structures.
  • Actively monitor gaming news and updates.
  • Track 2-3 key game updates weekly and present findings every Tuesday & Thursday.
  • Handle content posting and basic social media management.
  • Create content for brand and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with senior editors and marketing team for final outputs.
  • Appear as on-camera talent during on-ground events.
  • Assist with light operational tasks (gift card assembly, campaign prep).
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media / Film Production, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent experience.
  • 0-2 years in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
  • Strong portfolio of short-form video content (TikTok / Reels preferred).
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent and/or CapCut.
  • Excellent sense of pacing, hooks, and storytelling for short-form videos.
