We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving the company's sales initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet sales targets.
- Pinpoint high-growth dealers, ensure a smooth onboarding process, and actively work together to boost incremental revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Meet with warm leads interested in the platform, facilitate their onboarding, and partner with them to drive revenue growth for the business.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners and stakeholders.
- Address client and partner inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and present proposals and presentations to potential partners.
- Work closely with marketing, and other internal teams to align sales strategies and initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development plans.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within the automotive sector.
