Job summary
A local marketing firm in Kuala Terengganu is seeking a client service representative to prepare customized pricing proposals and negotiate rates with hotels and vendors. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in marketing or hospitality, have at least one year of experience in client servicing, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. This role may require travel and a valid driving license is essential. Competitive compensation will be offered.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing, sales support, or client servicing preferred.
- Willing to travel and have own vehicle with valid driving license.
Responsibilities
- Prepare customized pricing proposals based on client needs.
- Negotiate bulk rates with service providers.
- Monitor and compare market rates for cost optimization.
