Job description

With this position, you will be required to…

Responsible for the overall art design of the user interface (web, desktop, mobile, campaign advertising) and creative work in user experience design

Responsible for design of images (web, mobile) and part of the visual operation promotion, design of Banner, Logo, marketing material processing, and event page

Collaborate with various related departments in enhancing product design to ensure consistency of design from conception to release

Create innovative and cutting-edge user interactions, and at the same time applying best user interface design ideas to new and/or existing projects.

Apply the ability to evaluate from end-user perspective and optimize the corresponding design to improve the usability of the user interface

Participate in team managerial tasks such as assisting supervisors in creating and monitoring team KPIs, design related workflows, and develop training plans.

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in design-related field (Multimedia, Interaction or Graphic Design)

At least 2 years of UI/UX design experience and/or design related work experience.

Possesses innovative spirit and pro-active thinking. Has initiative to keep up and follow up with in-trend cutting-edge design concepts.

Possess corporation attitude and team spirit. Passionate for work, desire for innovation, and sense of responsibility. Able to withstand high intensity work pressure

Possess solid art skill, creativity and color sensitivity

Proficient with UI tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma and familiar with creating logos, PS image synthesis

Passionate for design, high interest and aesthetic standard in graphic design and Web/App design

Ability to visually integrate marketing and UI interfaces is a plus

Possess good logical thinking and communication skills to have effective communication with teammates

Resourceful and able to independently manage time to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Able to communicate in English and Mandarin

Candidates fluent in Mandarin are highly preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients

Willing to work in Midvalley, KL

Added advantage for candidates with:

Experience serving as a core member of a design team, or have successfully released web or mobile design products.

Possess knowledge and/or have hands on experiences with CSS / HTML

Experience in using After Effect to create animations and dynamic logo are preferred
