Job Responsibility
  • Develop and manage corporate communications for the Company, which includes drafting, editing, and proof‑reading communications materials such as press releases, media queries, and customer communications.
  • Lead internal communication efforts, which includes drafting, editing, designing, and proof‑reading materials designed to cascade key messages in an engaging manner.
  • Lead, develop strategy and execute social media calendar for LinkedIn to strengthen Company's branding.
  • Lead, develop and execute activities according to Company's needs.
  • Develop and coordinate production of corporate items for Company.
  • Coordinate and drive the communications plan for projects/campaigns as required.
  • Perform daily media monitoring on company, competitors, and industry.
  • Maintain newsroom section on corporate website and iLyfe.
  • Prepare and manage Communications budget and payments.
Job Requirement
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in public relations, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Skill in managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities to work with various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of public relations practices and media relations is crucial.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and internal communication tools including design tools like Canva or Adobe Illustrator.
