Job summary
A global logistics company in Kuala Selangor is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Export-Import Customer Service Executive. You will be the primary point of contact for international clients, managing communication and ensuring timely deliveries. Ideal candidates will have strong English communication skills and a basic understanding of international trade procedures. Fresh graduates with relevant backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken are a must.
- Familiarity with international trade procedures and logistics is required.
- Candidates should possess good organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing or e-commerce is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and strong interpersonal skills are necessary.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients.
- Prepare and issue documents such as invoices, catalogs, quotations, and shipping papers.
- Coordinate with internal teams and freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor activity on e-commerce and B2B platforms and respond to inquiries.
- Resolve customer queries promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Assist with content creation, social media updates, and digital marketing activities.
