The Digital Marketing Executive supports ProtectHealth’s communication and public outreach mission by managing digital campaigns, designing content, and enhancing public awareness of national health initiatives. This role focuses on delivering clear, engaging, and accurate information to the Malaysian public, particularly vulnerable groups, across all digital touchpoints.
Develop, design, and manage digital content for social media, website, and campaign platforms.
Ensure all communication adheres to branding and regulatory requirements.
Support the execution of digital campaigns for PeKa B40, Skim Perubatan Madani, and other programmes.
Monitor campaign performance and optimise for reach, engagement, and impact.
Track digital KPIs and produce insight reports to guide communication strategy.
Conduct audience segmentation and analyse behavioural patterns.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Coordinate with vendors, designers, agencies, and partners for content development.
Respond to public queries across digital channels while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
Identify opportunities to improve digital outreach to underserved communities.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with strong portfolios and practical experience are encouraged to apply.
