Job description

To further expand company’s E-Commerce business by leading and maintaining daily operations of the E-Commerce platform.

To prepare all reports as and when required.

Responsible and managing the E-Commerce platform, ensuring precise listing and proper categorization of all products.

Generate engaging and visually appealing content for Midea & subsidiary's products and collaborating with the team to enhance product visibility.

Efficiently process and fulfill orders received through the E-Commerce platform, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.

To track and assess performance metrics for the sales, traffics, conversion and offering routine reports on key performance indicators to the management team.

To share creative ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer support, to optimize operations.

Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement for E-Commerce platform.

Assist in monitoring and analyzing e-commerce performance metrics, contributing to regular reports for decision-making.

Handle incoming customer queries via chat in a timely and professional manner.

Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and policies.

Resolve customer issues or complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Any other duties that may be assigned to you by your Superior from time to time.

Key Requirements
