Job summary

A property development corporation in Selangor is looking for a candidate to handle sales enquiries, develop marketing strategies, and prepare essential documentation. The ideal applicant should possess a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in related fields and demonstrate strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Flexibility with work hours, including weekends, and a valid driving license are required. This role provides an exciting opportunity to participate in company events and roadshows.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to all sales enquiries, including calls and emails.
  • Participate in company launches, events, and exhibitions.
  • Develop marketing strategies and programs.
  • Conduct market surveys to identify trends and pricing.
  • Liaise with vendors regarding advertisement materials.
  • Prepare and ensure the accuracy of all documentation.
  • Coordinate with solicitors for signing of agreements.
  • Assist in submission and renewal of Developer License.
  • Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.

Job description
  • Attend on all sales enquiries, including calls/emails and walk-in customers
  • Participate in company’s launches, events, roadshows and exhibitions
  • Develop and formulate marketing strategies, packages and programs
  • Conduct market surveys to identify the trends, pricing and developments
  • Liaise with relevant vendors/agencies regarding to advertisement & promotion material/services
  • Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of all documentations, such as Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPA), Loan Agreements, and other supporting document/material
  • Coordinate with solicitor for signing of SPA & loan/related documentation
  • Assist on Developer License and Advertising Permit (DLAP) submission/renewal, 7F and NAPIC submission
  • Ad-hoc duties & responsibilities which the superior/company may assign
REQUIREMENTS
  • Possess aBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Administration, Business Studies, Marketing, or a related
