Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to promote IT training services.
  • Identify and approach new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored training solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new training programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Issue invoices to clients and manage payment processes.
  • Obtain signatures on contracts and ensure proper documentation.
  • Facilitate smooth communication with clients through documents and email correspondence.
  • Other tasks assigned as and when required.
  • Contribution in sales and marketing activities (event, marketing ideas, sales initiative).
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshop or seminar.
  • Maintain existing corporate accounts and develop new business opportunities in the targeted market and convert prospect into sales.
  • Responsible for key accounts management, handling customer requirements and work with related support teams.
Qualifications

  • Minimum a Bachelor's Degree or higher.

  • Must possess a valid driver's license and own personal vehicle for client visits.
