Job summary
A property development company based in Johor Bahru is seeking a Marketing Manager to assist in achieving marketing targets, develop strategies for property projects, and lead the marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma/Degree in Marketing or Business, alongside 5+ years of relevant experience. Proficiency in digital marketing and strong analytical skills are essential. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, with Mandarin as an advantage.

Our client is a Johor-based property developer and investment holding company, known for transforming reclaimed land into award-winning, master-planned communities. They are looking for a Marketing Manager to join them in Johor Bahru!
- To assist Manager/Senior Manager in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing targets
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for property projects (digital and offline)
- Responsible in create and manage marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content to support property launches.
- Plan and execute on-ground activities such as roadshows, events, and showroom promotions
- Conduct market research to understand buyer behavior, competitor activity, and trends
- Lead and coordinate the marketing team, set KPIs, and support sales collaboration
- Monitor campaign performance, manage marketing materials, and prepare reports
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields; 5+ years of relevant experience accepted
- Strong experience in property development and project marketing
- Proficient in digital marketing, event planning, and campaign execution
- Analytical with ability to track and optimize marketing performance
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and design tools (e.g. Photoshop, Canva); own transport and willing to travel
