About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and organised Marketing & Brand Executive to strengthen our presence across key channels and bring the BoomGrow story to life. This role involves managing the consistency of our brand messaging, from printed materials to digital content, and supporting on‑ground events and workshops that enhance visibility with hotel and F&B partners.

You’ll work closely with the sales team to provide high-quality collaterals while also taking the lead on content, visual storytelling, and improvements across platforms like our website and social media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all materials, brochures, catalogues, decks, social media, and our website.
  • Building brand exposure through marketing events with key players in the industry
  • Create and schedule content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook to support campaigns and day‑to‑day engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design and prepare sales collaterals tailored to different clients or campaigns.
  • Organise branded displays, sampling setups, or product showcases as part of event and campaign execution.
  • Track the performance of marketing initiatives and prepare simple reporting on reach, engagement, and feedback.
What We're Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles.
  • Excellent writing skills and a strong eye for design and visual consistency.
  • Familiar with digital platforms and tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar.
  • Able to coordinate multiple projects, including managing timelines and third‑party vendors.
  • Experience with lifestyle, F&B, or sustainability-focused brands is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working both independently and cross‑functionally within a team.
