About You

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive (Telemarketing) to join our dynamic team. Your Day-To-Day

• Conduct telemarketing message/calls to reach out to existing and potential customers.
• Support efforts to improve customer renewal rates through proactive follow-up and relationship management.
• Follow up on leads generated from campaigns and marketing activities to ensure no opportunities are missed.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve departmental sales targets.
• Perform basic data computation, reporting, and analysis to support sales operations.
• Adhere to business guidelines and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide ideas and suggestions to help drive business growth and improve sales performance.
• Be proactive and engaging in the workplace — active participation and collaboration will be seen as an additional merit.
• Assist in other sales or marketing-related tasks as assigned.
