Job summary
A leading automotive company in Malaysia is seeking an Executive in Digital Marketing to drive customer engagement through effective management of digital platforms and targeted campaigns. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management, with strong skills in multimedia tools and SEO. Responsibilities include designing websites, executing marketing campaigns, and managing customer relationships. This role requires fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Knowledge in multimedia tools.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage digital platforms and tools like OneWeb and OWCC.
- Achieve KPIs for website performance and manage SEO/SEM tasks.
- Execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with creative agencies.
- Manage digital and direct marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
- Support CRM campaign execution by segmenting customer data.
- Maintain strong departmental and external relationships.
