A dynamic marketing agency in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead e-commerce advertising initiatives across Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns, develop localized content, and provide strategic insights based on market research. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field and a minimum of 2 years experience in digital marketing are required, with strong familiarity with TikTok Ads and excellent project management skills. Proficiency in English and Chinese is a plus.
Plan, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns across social media, search engines, display networks, and e-commerce platforms. Ensure alignment with brand strategy and maximize ROI.
Develop localized content and campaign strategies based on business objectives and audience insights. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure consistent and effective multi-channel communication, and drive the on-ground execution of marketing initiatives.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and user behavior to provide actionable insights and support strategic planning.
Collect and analyze marketing performance data. Deliver regular performance reports and recommendations to support optimization efforts.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality execution of marketing projects.
Lead e-commerce advertising initiatives in SEA and collaborate with local media partners (such as Grab and TnG), while providing guidance and strategic support for marketing campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields; strong familiarity with TikTok and its ad ecosystem is highly preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management; prior experience in Southeast Asian markets is a plus.
Proficient in major advertising platforms such as TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads; data analytics experience is a plus.
Fresh graduates with strong Digital Marketing knowledge and internship experience may also apply for junior position.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese language is a strong plus.
Excellent project management and multitasking skills; strong team player with a proactive mindset.
