The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving sales of the company’s residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments while executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and lead generation. The role requires a proactive, target-oriented professional with strong communication, negotiation, and marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and convert leads into buyers for residential, commercial, and retail properties.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and consultations with potential clients.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, agents, and brokers.
  • Track and report sales activities and performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Marketing
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for property launches and promotions.
  • Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, and online listings.
  • Coordinate with agencies, media partners, and internal teams for advertising and promotional activities.
  • Develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, banners, presentations, and newsletters.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize marketing strategies.
General
  • Represent the company at property exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events.
  • Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Provide support to management in strategic planning and market research.
