The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving sales of the company’s residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments while executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and lead generation. The role requires a proactive, target-oriented professional with strong communication, negotiation, and marketing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads into buyers for residential, commercial, and retail properties.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and consultations with potential clients.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, agents, and brokers.
- Track and report sales activities and performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Marketing
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for property launches and promotions.
- Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, and online listings.
- Coordinate with agencies, media partners, and internal teams for advertising and promotional activities.
- Develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, banners, presentations, and newsletters.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize marketing strategies.
General
- Represent the company at property exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events.
- Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Provide support to management in strategic planning and market research.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of experience in property sales or real estate marketing, preferably in construction/development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools (social media, CRM systems).
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.
