Job summary

A leading marketing firm in Kedah is seeking a skilled marketing manager to oversee campaign pricing, budget management, and digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing and proven experience in e-commerce. You will lead a team and collaborate with local influencers to enhance campaign relevance, while ensuring compliance with legal regulations. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.

Carefully review and approve campaign pricing to avoid potential financial losses

Ensure promotional offers are profitable and sustainable

Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources

Adjust marketing strategies based on competitive pricing analysis in Indonesia

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts

Lead and mentor junior marketing team members

Foster a creative and collaborative work environment

Work with local teams and influencers in Indonesia to enhance campaign relevance

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target markets in Malaysia & Indonesia

Analyse customer behaviour and feedback to improve marketing strategies

Ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising

Ensure all marketing activities comply with legal regulations and company policies

Promote sustainable and ethical marketing practices

Review and approve all marketing materials to ensure they are free of offensive or inappropriate content

Ensure that all marketing creatives do not contain offensive material

Be aware of and sensitive to cultural differences and norms in Indonesia to avoid any unintentional offenses

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Proven experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.

Proficiency in web analytics tools such as (e.g. Excel Pivot, Data Studio)

Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
