BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, STRATEGIC PLANNING & SALES EXECUTIVE
  • To conducting in-depth data analysis, market research, and performance evaluations to guide business strategies and ensure alignment with long-term goals.
  • Research industry trends, market dynamics and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
  • Develop business cases, financial models, and scenario analyses to evaluate new projects or investment opportunities.
  • Support the development of strategic plans, annual budgets and long-term forecasts.
Sales & Business Development :
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for professional learning programs and commerce services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, training providers, and industry partners.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Marketing & Promotion :
  • Develop marketing content for social media, brochures, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Coordinate events, webinars, and roadshows to promote learning programs.
  • Represent the department at industry expos, conferences, and networking events.Client Engagement & Support :
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve offerings and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Requirements:
