Marketing & Event Executive (Immediate Hiring)

📢We are looking for: Marketing & Event Operation Executive

Join our dynamic team and gain hands‑on experience in Digital Marketing & Events!

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing exhibitions and events.
• Liaise with contractors, exhibitors, and venue management to ensure smooth event operations.
• Provide on‑site support and resolve operational issues during events.
• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content (FB/IG/TikTok).
• Develop creative strategies to boost engagement and event participation.
• Work with external partners, including agencies and vendors.

Requirements

• Diploma/degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in events/marketing is an advantage (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with social media management and basic knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Ads Manager, Google Analytics & SEO/SEM.
• Good communication skills in Mandarin (preferred), English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel and work flexible hours during event periods.
