Job description
Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct market research, gather buyer insights, and support feasibility studies for upcoming projects.

Coordinate marketing materials, artwork, and campaigns with internal teams, creative agencies, and vendors.

Support digital marketing activities including social media content, online campaigns, and website/microsite updates.

Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies, A&P budgeting, and brand‑building initiatives.

Organize and support on‑ground marketing activities such as project launches, events, exhibitions, and sales gallery setups.

Prepare and update marketing collaterals, brochures (EN & CN), and promotional materials.

Manage documentation including RFs, quotations, vendor coordination, and marketing reports.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, project marketing, property marketing, or related fields (Senior Executive / Assistant Manager level).

Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and campaign coordination.

Good communication skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally with internal teams and external vendors.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and propose marketing solutions.

Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with tight timelines.

Proficiency in English is required.

Ability to speak and read Chinese will be an added advantage.

Candidates with experience in property development marketing will be prioritized.
