Job Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-on-1 business coaching sessions with clients, focusing on marketing strategies, brand positioning, and business growth
• Assess client business needs, challenges, and goals, then design tailored marketing and business guidance plans
• Provide advisory support on digital marketing, lead generation, customer engagement, and sales funnel optimization
• Train and coach business owners to improve decision‑making, leadership, and marketing execution
• Monitor client progress and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and consultations to enhance clients’ business knowledge and marketing skills
• Collaborate with the consultancy team to deliver holistic business solutions across different industries
• Stay updated with current market trends and industry best practices to provide relevant and practical advice to clients

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or professional certification is an advantage)
• 3–6 years of experience in marketing, business consultancy, or coaching
• Proven experience in business coaching, mentoring, or advisory roles
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and customer acquisition strategies
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with business owners from diverse industries
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking skills
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
• Certification in coaching/mentoring is optional but highly valued
