As a Marketing Executive at Silver Maxlink Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's marketing and communications efforts in the Seberang Jaya, Penang region. This full‑time position will see you contribute to the strategic planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that align with the company's overarching business objectives.

What you’ll be doing
  • Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services
  • Coordinating the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including digital content, social media posts, and print materials
  • Coordinating with suppliers on joint marketing activities, promotional deals, and advertising support
  • Analysing market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Conducting market research to identify customer trends and preferences
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning
  • Planning and assisting in retail events such as store opening, roadshows and CSR activities
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives to inform future strategies
  • Tracking campaign performance and preparing evaluation reports
  • Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing trends
