A leading property development company in Selangor is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive awareness and sales conversion through impactful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. Plan and execute high‑impact marketing campaigns to drive awareness, lead generation and sales conversion.
Develop and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with sales targets and launch timelines.
Strengthen brand presence through consistent, impactful messaging and creative execution.
Supervise and mentor the marketing, creative and digital teams to ensure productivity and synergy.
Manage agency collaborations for creative design, media planning and advertising performance tracking.
Lead and coordinate major marketing events including launches, exhibitions and roadshows.
Ensure marketing materials reflect project identity and corporate brand standards.
Continuously explore new marketing approaches, tools and collaborations to enhance visibility and engagement.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of marketing experience, preferably within the property development or real estate industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, brand strategy and project launch activities.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross‑functional teams, agencies and multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent strategic planning, communication and presentation abilities.
Sound understanding of digital marketing, media planning, creative development and event management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends, campaign performance and consumer insights.
