A legal firm in Johor Bahru is seeking a Corporate M&A and Banking Attorney. The role involves handling corporate real estate and banking matters, drafting and reviewing legal agreements, and providing legal advice. Candidates must possess a valid Malaysian Bar Practising Certificate and have at least 2 years of experience in Real Estate and Banking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Malaysian Bar Practising Certificate.
- Minimum of 2 years of post‑qualification experience (PQE) in Real Estate and Banking is required.
- Extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, and commenting on a wide range of corporate and commercial agreements.
Responsabilités
- Handle corporate real estate and corporate banking matters with minimal supervision.
- Engage in drafting, reviewing, and commenting on corporate and commercial agreements.
- Provide legal advice on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and loans.
- Participate in drafting and reviewing corporate governance documents.
