Job description

Qualifications

• A recognised law degree with at least a second-class upper
• 2–4 years PQE with solid exposure to corporate and commercial work
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Mandarin proficiency (spoken and/or written) is an advantage
• Prior involvement in due diligence and financing matters to support the team’s workflow
• Strong analytical ability with the capability to deliver clear, practical legal solutions
• Reliable in managing timelines and able to meet deadlines
• Well‑organised and able to work responsibly within a team setting
