Make a difference in the world of intellectual property! IP SENSE Sdn. Bhd., located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, is seeking a full-time IP Paralegal to supports attorneys and clients by managing the administrative and procedural aspects of IP protection.

Core Duties

• Prepare, file, and track applications for patents, trademarks, and copyrights with national and international offices.
• Monitor deadlines for renewals, oppositions, and responses to office actions.
• Maintain databases of IP assets, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
• Track prosecution progress and liaise with the Malaysia Intellectual Property Office.
• Ensure filings meet statutory and procedural requirements across jurisdictions.
• Attending to other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager.
• Attention to detail for statutory deadlines and procedural accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills to manage large IP portfolios.
• Technical literacy with IP management software and databases.
