Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years legal working experience for Assistant Manager.
• Minimum 4–6 years legal working experience for Senior Legal Executive.
• Experience in property development or in-house legal role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate various legal agreements.
• Provide legal support to business units.
• Handle SPA, tenancy, and collaboration agreements.
• Assist in litigation and dispute matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws.
