Job summary
A consulting firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced System Analyst to architect and deliver integrations with Third Party Solutions, ERP systems, and SaaS Applications. Key responsibilities include managing integration projects, mentoring junior analysts, and translating business requirements into technical specifications. Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science or related field and 3-5 years of experience. Strong SQL and data mapping skills are essential, and experience with HR modules is a plus.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in system analysis, HRMS, enterprise SaaS, or integrations; fresh graduates welcome.
- Solid SQL and data mapping experience.
- Hands-on HR module experience (Payroll, Leave, Attendance, Claims) is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver integrations with Third Party Solutions and ERP systems.
- Manage projects from scoping through UAT sign-off.
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices.
