Job summary
A leading construction firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure project compliance with safety and budget specifications. The ideal candidate has a diploma in a related field, with at least 3 years of project coordination experience. Responsibilities include supervising work progress, conducting inspections, and managing site vendor performance. Strong familiarity with project management tools, teamwork, and communication skills are required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years on site project coordination.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience working as a Site Supervisor.
- Strong understanding of construction terms, scheduling and planning concepts.
- Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the site and site diary reports.
- Supervise and coordinate daily work progress on site.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of site, equipment, and materials.
- Evaluate the performance of vendors and keep accurate records.
- Brief and instruct the construction team and subcontractors.
- Ensure site cleanliness and compliance with local authority regulations.

Supervising, coordinating, monitoring, inspection & reporting daily of work progress on site
Work alongside with Project Manager
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of site, equipment & materials
Evaluating the performance of vendors/suppliers/subcons and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
Supervise and evaluate vendors/suppliers/subcons & keep accurate records of workers attendance and timesheets & maintaining an accurate record of site attendance
Briefing, supervising and instructing the construction team as well as vendors/suppliers/subcontractors.
Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
Analysing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
Control and monitor site cleanliness & work place comply to applicable local authority regulations.
Diploma/Certificate in a construction related field especially interior design works.
Minimum 3 years on site project coordination.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Proven experience working as a Site Supervisor.
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Must have understanding of construction terms, scheduling and planning concepts.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, MS Excel & MS Project.
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
Good attitude, can work in team and good communication skills.
Able to work on Monday to Saturday
