Descripción de la vacante
A leading property development company in Malaysia is looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the construction field and possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering. Responsibilities include monitoring daily activities, ensuring project timelines are met, and liaising with contractors and consultants. Candidates should have strong problem-solving skills, a good attitude towards teamwork, and their own transportation.
Formación
- At least 5 years of working experience in construction or property development.
- Knowledge in construction related issues.
- Ability to foresee and minimize risks on site.
Responsabilidades
- Monitor day-to-day construction activities on site.
- Ensure smooth running of the project and meet deadlines.
- Supervise contractor's workmanship and safety issues.
- Liaise with consultants and contractors.
Conocimientos
Educación
Monitor day-to-day construction activities on site
Ensure smooth running of the project and meet the famed deadlines
Must be able to understand RC, civil infrastructure, building structure, electrical and architect plans.
Solve site issues, report immediately to Project Manager / Directors for decision
Supervise contractor's workmanship and safety issue
Liase with consultants, contractors, authority, surveyor and relevant parties and also conduct site meetings with contractors
Prepare daily / weekly reports
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Years of experience in Property Development / Construction / Real Estate industry.
Candidate must have good knowledge in construction related issues, problem solving skill, teamwork, initiative, good working attitude and a responsible person.
Ability to foresee, prevent and minimize the risks atाङ\s site and works
Salary commensurate with experience
