Site Supervisor jobs in Malaysia

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor to join our team at SRT Building Systems Sdn Bhd. As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position based in Perak and other states (as needed).

• Coordinating and supervising all on-site construction activities, including labour, materials, and equipment.
• Ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
• Monitoring progress and addressing any issues or challenges that arise to keep the project on track.
• Communicating regularly with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any concerns.
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to the project.
• Identifying and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity on site.
• Providing guidance, training, and support to the construction team.
• Attend all site meetings.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and blueprints.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse workforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance on site.
