In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the smooth and efficient execution of our construction projects.

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of construction workers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
• Handle site jobs independently
• Able to transfer grid line, take level and etc.
• Monitoring and inspecting work in progress to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks
• Providing technical guidance and support to the construction team
• Liaising with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure excellent communication and collaboration
• Maintaining accurate records, reports and documentation related to the projects
• Ensuring strict adherence to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
• Educate site workers on safety procedures to be adopted at the site and make sure that they adhere strictly to safety standards
• Mentoring and developing junior site supervisors and workers

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a site supervisor in the construction industry
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction methods, materials and equipment
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings and specifications
• Relevant construction-related qualifications or certifications
