SRS TC Sdn Bhd, which is employed by the PD, is tasked with the reclamation of Island A. It shall award the design and construction of the Phase 1 reclamation works to Gamuda Engineering Sdn Bhd (GESB) on a design and build lump sum contract basis. SRS TC is also tasked with the construction of Common Infrastructure and the Pan Island Link 2A (PIL2A), and the implementation of the Smart City. SRS TC's responsibilities also include landscaping, coastal parks, gardens, beaches, waterways, the mangrove habitat, and bicycle and pedestrian networks. SRS TC shall also call for tender to award all other construction works in the Scope of Works to the best-evaluated tenderer. It also oversees the implementation of all measures in the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) and the supervision of the Contractor to ensure all environmental regulations are complied with according to the EIA COAs and other requirements. The TC will also ensure the agreement with the contractor includes environmental compliance.

Job Summary To assist on construction works planning & execution; to monitor the progress of construction projects and subcontractors works to meet the work schedule; to ensure daily work planning is executed on site smoothly and in safe manner; provide supervision and check on sub-contractors works.

• Report to Construction Manager / Project Manager / Deputy Project Director.
• Close monitoring of project activities including work progress and quality adherence to specifications, performance of contractor's manpower requirement and to ensure that proper recording and or documentation of site works are carried out in the most efficient and cost-effective ways.
• To supervise and coordinate all works to ensure they are performed in accordance to the required production, standard, quality, safety and completed within the schedule.
• Assist and coordination with cross departments / disciplines / work contractors / vendors to ensure work done accordingly.
• Joints measurement the progress claims with contractors to ensure work done accordingly.
• Grooming potential site personnel to take in more responsible tasks.
• Make every effort to preserve an atmosphere of harmonious understanding and cooperation between all parties engaged on the works.
• To identify the discrepancies between the construction drawings and the actual site conditions with propose solutions.
• Assist daily site operation works assigned by the designated Engineer / Construction Manager / Project Manager.
• To ensure that all products delivered to the site are handled and stored properly.
• To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment, ESG, and policy related to the job scope and work place as required by the company.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

• Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.

• Strong construction knowledge in site construction and operation works
• Problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and team work spirit

• At least five (5) years of working experience in infrastructure, civil & structure works.
