Job description

To ensure SAP BPC solution is aligned to business goals in enabling end-to-end business transactions, process automation, reporting and data analysis. To support digital initiatives where SAP BPC is core, by extending to other applications, web applications, cloud applications, mobile applications, dashboard, data analytics and IOT. To ensure SAP BPC system is running smoothly with acceptable system availability, integrity, performance and resiliency. To deliver IT services of high quality to business users. To maximize the usage of systems functionalities in order to enhance economic values to the company.

Job Responsibilities

• Application Support: Provide comprehensive support for BPC/IFCA applications, ensuring smooth functionality and resolving issues promptly.
• System Support: Manage disaster recovery procedures specifically tailored for BPC, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum data integrity.
• Projects & Change Requests: Requirements gathering, sourcing, solution proposal, project management, project implementation, perform SIT, coordinate UAT, deployment, post implementation review. Perform impact assessment for change request. Perform solution definition for change request. Arrange for scoping, quotation submission and perform vendor management. Monitor change request implementation, deployment and testing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma majoring in the area of Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting or Business-related fields, or equivalent experiences.

• Exposure to projects - Successfully lead a medium complexity project through the requirements analysis, design, development and deployment.
