We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Junior Sales Executive specializing in Accounting Software Solutions. The role involves supporting the full sales cycle, including product demonstrations, system onboarding, customer support, license renewals, and ongoing promotion of our accounting software. This junior position is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with 1–2 years of working experience who are eager to develop their career in business software and technology.
Yearly Subscription Renewal
Contact existing customers, prepare quotations, follow up on renewal timelines, and ensure licenses are renewed on time.
Product Presentation & Demonstration
Conduct product demos (online or on-site) for new prospects.
Assist with demo preparation, basic configuration, and answering general product queries.
Reseller & Agent Management
Work closely with reseller partners, provide product information, share marketing materials, and support their sales activities.
Track agent performance and maintain clear communication.
Customer Onboarding & Implementation Support
Guide customers through basic system setup and usage.
Escalate technical issues to senior consultants or support team when needed.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of customers, renewals, demo sessions, and reseller activities.
Customer Request Support
Provide timely assistance for customer inquiries and issues. Escalate complex matters to the appropriate team to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business, IT, or related field.
Basic accounting knowledge is an added advantage.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Tech-savvy and willing to learn new software.
Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
Structured training provided (product, accounting basics, and sales skills).
Exposure to software implementation & SME business operations.
