- Overall coordination of the program including budgeting and risk management.

Education
- Leading a complex program in a fast-paced development and manufacturing environment
- Program is executed according to a stage gate product development and product introduction process.
- Overall coordination of the entire program
- In charge of overall budget, timelines, resources and overall risk management
- Drive for decisions with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Responsible for project controlling and reporting
- Close collaboration with customer and internal stakeholders
- Reporting status of Program to senior management (internal and customer)
- Summarize and communicate complex circumstances to various levels of stakeholders
- Min 15 year experience in the field of program/project management within the semiconductor, electronics, automotive or optical industry
- BSc/MSC/Ph.D Degree in Mechatronics / Electronic Engineering / Photonics / Physics / Optics
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team building skills.
- Target driven personality with high execution focus
- Strong stakeholder management
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- A thorough knowledge of project management skills
- Proficiency with planning and risk management
