Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Management: Develop and execute recruitment plans for various roles, manage the anchor team, handle employee issues.
• Compensation and Benefits Management: Administer compensation and benefits plans.
• Compliance with Labor Laws: Ensure HR policies comply with Malaysian labor laws, handle employee contracts and regulations.
• Onboarding and Offboarding Management: Oversee onboarding, assist with offboarding, manage attendance and employee files.

Qualifications:

• Work Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR and recruitment in Malaysia, live streaming industry experience preferred.
• Skills and Knowledge: Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws, strong recruitment skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Language: Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin preferred), basic proficiency in Malay.
