About the Role

The HR Generalist will provide comprehensive HR support across multiple functions, including end-to-end recruitment for the direct labor workforce, Employee Relations, Site HR Communication and HR Operations. This role will also involve managing specific business support activities such as cafeteria operations, vendor coordination, and assisting with global mobility processes.

What you will do
1. Recruitment
  • Execute full-cycle recruitment for Direct labor (DL) positions—from sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and offer management.
  • Partner with Industrial Engineering Department for Direct Labor (DL) Forecast Hiring and Hiring Priorities.
  • Developed candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, recruitment drives, and strategic agency partnerships.
  • Ensure timely hiring to meet operational demands.
2. Talent Pipeline & Agency Management
  • Build and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, vocational institutions, and local job centers.
  • Monitor and assess agency performance and candidate quality to ensure consistent delivery.
  • Drive recruitment campaigns and walk-in interviews to attract suitable candidates.
3. Employee Relations
  • Employee Relations Event Champion
  • Support employee relations and engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work environment
  • Lead global mobility arrangements for site
  • Assist in HR operations and other assigned projects within the HR function.
4. HR Communications & Initiatives
  • Draft and distribute HR-related announcements (Policy Updates, Engagement Activities)
  • Ensure consistent messaging aligned with Company culture and value
  • Manage HR content on internal communication platform
What you will need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 2 years of experience in HR, preferably from manufacturing industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines and in a fast-moving environment.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management across multiple levels.
  • Hands-on, results-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
