A leading cosmeceutical company in Johor Bahru is seeking an Executive in Human Resources to manage the payroll process and ensure compliance with local regulations. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and at least 2 years of experience in HR. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRMS software are essential. The role involves generating payroll reports, addressing inquiries, and maintaining employee records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
Position Title: Executive, Human Resources
Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including calculating wages, deductions, bonuses, and overtime payments.
Ensure payroll practices comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
Maintain and update employee payroll records in the HRMS system.
Generate and distribute payroll reports, including monthly payroll summaries and annual tax reports.
Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner.
Prepare and submit tax filings and related documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
Administer employee benefits related to payroll, such as provident funds, insurance, and leave balances.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist.
Strong numerical and analytical skills, proficiency in HRMS software and advanced knowledge of Excel.
Excellent communication skills for handling payroll inquiries and liaising with different departments.
Strong knowledge of HR functions, employment laws, and regulations.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
