About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Support Associate.

This is an excellent entry opportunity for someone who wants real exposure to how a professional services firm operates, from administration support and operational upkeep.

The role is ideal for individuals who are curious about consulting or a client‑advisory environment. You don’t need prior experience; what matters most is initiative, good judgement, and curiosity about how a business runs. This role offers a clear career pathway: as you gain experience, you’ll have opportunities to rotate and move into commercial‑facing roles such as client support, consulting or business development.

What you'll be doing
Operational & Administrative Support
  • Handle day‑to‑day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office and business operations
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks (invoices, expense tracking, filing)
  • Maintain digital systems, documents
Business Coordination
  • Support consultants with scheduling, preparation of documents, and follow‑up tasks
  • Help improve workflows, and keep projects moving
  • Prepare simple reports and summaries, guided by the team
Research & Information Management
  • Conduct light research (e.g., market info, company background, industry updates) when needed
  • Organise findings into clear, concise formats
Quality & Professional Standards
  • Delivery is accurate, polished work
  • Communicate with clarity and professionalism
Growth & Learning
  • Participate in discussions around business strategy and operations
  • Be open to learning how a professional advisory business functions end‑to‑end
Who We’re Looking For
  • Fresh graduates, students, or career changers welcome. We’re open to a range of backgrounds and experience levels.
  • 0‑3 years of work experience.
  • Degree holders from any field.
  • Able to handle simple numbers, documents and coordination tasks.
  • Excel skills, minimum you should know how to use basic formulas (i.e. SUM, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Keen to learn business systems and tools such as Xero, Squarespace, or other administrative/marketing software.
  • We are looking for people with good judgement and structured thinking.
  • A high level of professionalism and respect for confidentiality is essential. Promise you, it’s for the nature of the role/work itself. We’re not hiding anything about the company ;).
