Amazing Advisory Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced HR cum Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Puchong, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in driving our HR initiatives and supporting the recruitment process across the organisation.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance employee experience
  • Provide HR generalist support, including employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits administration
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop tailored talent acquisition strategies
  • Deliver training and development programmes to upskill and engage our workforce
  • Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports to support data-driven decision making
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, legislation, and industry best practices
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR cum Recruiter role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment
  • Strong working knowledge of HR best practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in using HR information systems and data analysis tools to generate insights and drive decision making
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
