Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the purchase process and logistics arrangements.
- Organize daily delivery of finished products to customers.
- Record and monitor the weight checking process for discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate records of documents for payments and reports.
- Troubleshoot logistics operation problems as needed.
- Perform other tasks as directed by management.

- To assist the Weighbridge Supervisor in managing the purchase process of goods and raw materials which include proper logistics arrangement such as documentation, transportation, handling, agency, warehousing and inspection.
- To organize and manage effective and efficient daily delivery of finished products to branches and customers.
- To record and monitor the weight checking process and highlight any discrepancies or variation to relevant person.
- To ensure accurate records of all documents are kept for monitoring purposes, payment purposes and reports generation.
- To initiate trouble shooting to resolve problems arising from logistics operation.
- To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
- Diploma in Logistics or any equivalent field.
- Willing to work in shift.
