Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and strategic Assistant Branding Manager to drive marketing communications and brand-building initiatives for our Flour or Poultry division. This role plays a key part in strengthening brand equity, supporting sales growth, and ensuring consistent brand excellence across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Communication Execution

Implement marketing communication and brand-building initiatives aligned with the company’s vision and business goals.

Ensure brand campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and deliver measurable results.

Develop, propose, and manage digital marketing strategies across relevant platforms.

Track, analyze, and optimize digital performance to support sales targets and enhance brand visibility.

Plan and execute engagement activities that build customer intimacy, loyalty, and long-term partnership.

4. Brand Image & Equity Management

Safeguard and enhance brand image for the assigned category (flour or poultry).

Monitor brand equity metrics and recommend actions to reinforce market position.

Conduct competitor research and analysis.

Translate insights into timely proactive or reactive marketing actions.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with R&D, production, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met or exceeded.

Provide brand insights to support operational and customer-impacting decisions.

7. Marketing Effectiveness & Continuous Improvement

Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns.

Recommend improvements and innovative strategies to strengthen marketing as a key enabler of sales.

8. Ad Hoc & Management Support

Undertake additional assignments or projects as required to support evolving business needs.

Prepare and present a clear six-month forward marketing plan (M+6) during the monthly Sales & Marketing meeting.

Ensure alignment with sales forecasts, brand objectives, and growth targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

5–7 years of relevant experience in branding, marketing communications, or related areas.

Strong analytical, creative thinking, and execution skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects with agility and attention to detail.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
