Central Medicare Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Foreign Worker Management Executive to join our team in Teluk Intan, Perak. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in managing the company's foreign worker related matters.

What you’ll be doing

  • Ensuring all necessary documentation, passports and permits for foreign workers are obtained and maintained.
  • Monitoring and managing foreign worker permits, passports, visas and any relevant documents to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Implementing and maintaining robust record‑keeping systems to track foreign worker information and documentation.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to foreign worker management.
  • Any other tasks, activities, projects and assignments assigned by superior.

What we’re looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar foreign worker management or HR role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian immigration laws, employment act, foreign worker regulations, and relevant legal and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in data management and record‑keeping, with strong organizational and attention to detail.
  • Adaptable and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Willing to travel for foreign worker management related matters.
