We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager Pharmacy to join our dynamic team at UM SPECIALIST CENTRE SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur. As the Manager Pharmacy, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient and effective operations of our pharmacy department, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy department, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and workflow optimisation
• Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical regulations, laws, and industry best practices
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the pharmacy's efficiency and service delivery
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients, including medication management and counselling
• Monitor and analyse pharmacy performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives
• Lead, mentor, and develop the pharmacy team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Represent the pharmacy department in various hospital and community initiatives

What we're looking for

• Pharmacy degree or equivalent qualification, with a valid Pharmacist licence
