A leading enterprise in the Automotive sector is seeking a Project Analyst to support and optimize their Human Resources Information Systems. The candidate will play a key role in project implementation, data analysis, and process improvement through the use of technology. Responsibilities include documenting business processes, data validation, and communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience, with strong analytical and communication skills.
Identify and execute project tasks, including reviewing and documenting business processes.
Able to compile and analyze business information and requirements
Able to write project documentation including functional specification, business process procedure, business impact analysis, communication and training materials.
Strong data analytical skills, experience with Workday data structures, and the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
Use tools such as Excel, or Power Query for data extraction, analysis and transformation.
Perform data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation activities during Workday implementation or data migration.
Monitor data accuracy and support data governance initiatives.
Assist with administrative tasks within the project.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2–4 years of experience in HRIS/Business analyst or similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate a significant amount of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Good verbal and written communication skills (engagement, presentation, written, and listening).
Good interpersonal skills to effectively interact with project team and stakeholders.
Experience in tailoring communication to different audiences.
Familiarity with relevant projects or communication tools and technologies e.g. MS Office, Power Query, Smartsheet , Sharepoint and others.
